Jazrelle – Physiotherapist for Movement & Recovery
“Every step forward—big or small—is progress toward healing.”
Jazrelle, who prefers to go by Jaz, is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a special interest in pain management and functional recovery. With experience in both hospital and private practice, she works with athletes, post-injury patients, individuals with chronic pain, and the elderly—helping each person move with greater confidence and resilience. She believes rehabilitation is not just about restoring movement, but about empowering people to rediscover what their bodies are capable of.
Beyond the clinic, Jaz frequently volunteers at community events such as the Maran Walk and Thaipusam Pilgrimage Walk, supporting participants through their long-distance journeys. A marathon runner and Pilates enthusiast herself, she understands the dedication behind training and recovery. Outside of physiotherapy, she enjoys baking—not for the sweets, but for the joy of creating.
She holds various qualification and certification such as:
- BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy (MAHSA & Anglia Ruskin University, UK)
- KKM Registered Physiotherapist
- Member of Malaysia Physiotherapy Association (MMPA) – OM4709
- Certified Dry Needling (GEMt) Practitioner
- Certified Scolio-Pilates® Practitioner (NPCP)
